This event was 100% volunteer driven and not under the umbrella of an organization. The
same concept was used when assisting with the start of such events as the Challenge Cup or kickstarting the Blueberry Festival. If
you are interested assisting for the 2009 C.J. Phillips Frozen Hoop All Star Game we are in need of the following positions.
Committee
1: President - i.e. oversee organization of event
2:Team Logistics - i.e. forming teams, gym practise, contact with coaches, uniforms, basketballs,
school liason
3: Fundraising - i.e. prizes for athletes, door prizes, silent auction items, food for volunteers
and fans, printing programs, accomodations etc for any special guests from out of town
4: Media - i.e. press releases, contact with local print/electronic media, day of event photos
and video, posters, advertising
5: Volunteers - i.e. admission, concession, scorekeepers, officials, PA, cleanup
6: Game Logistics - i.e. person in the know of day event setup
